MBI (Movement, Balance and independence) Program

This program is for people who feel they are not as confident at getting about as they once were, perhaps having recently fallen over, or finding things like catching public transport, or negotiating uneven terrain harder to do.

A personalised assessment with our physiotherapist will help determine possible reasons for these current mobility challenges, followed by a program of specific balance and strengthening exercises delivered in a small group over a ten-week period. Re-evaluation at the end of the exercise program allows the client to see how they have improved.
